Common questions and answers about Greeting card

When you receive a card and open it on a computer (not a phone), you'll see a printer icon towards the top right corner. You can either click that, or use your browser's print function, and we'll generate a neatly formatted document for you. Note that videos and GIFs might look different that you expect in the printed document — the exact appearance depends on your browser. Since videos and GIFs won't animate, we include a QR code on the last page that links back to the card.
Also note that most browsers offer a "Save as PDF" option when printing - you can use that option to download your card as a PDF.

If video recording isn't working, the most common issue is that you haven't given your browser permission to access the camera / microphone. Your browser should prompt you for access, but these prompts are easy to miss.
- Most laptop / desktop web browsers show a video recording icon in the upper corner of the window where you can control access to the camera / microphone
- On an iPhone, you can manage the permissions for your browser in the "Settings" app
- On Android Chrome, tap the three dots and look in "Settings" for a section on the camera / microphone
