The Best Pets Gift Card is valid for 3 years from purchase with Australia, and cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, or replaced after expiry date. Best Pets Gift Card holders may only use the Card at accepting pet businesses. Cards cannot be used at any pet business not listed as an accepting pet business on www.bestgiftcards.com.au/pets. Any problems experienced with a Best Pets Gift Card payment, acceptance or other operational matter should be reported to cardholder@bestgiftcards.com.au so we may resolve any difficulties as promptly as possible. 3) ENJOY- Take your card with you and present your card on your mobile phone when paying for your bill.

2) Enter total bill amount
3) Enter card number and pin (or scan using the app)
